Partner Program Terms & Commercial Standards

Only approved, eligible collected revenue earns commission. Refunds and adjustments may change balances. Final pricing, licensing and resale rights require written approval.

Submitting an application does not automatically grant partner status, exclusivity, resale rights, source-code ownership, white-label permissions, or a specific commission tier.

1. Approval and Permission Boundaries

Each approved partner receives written terms specifying permitted roles, products, territories, and activities. Partners must not misrepresent their relationship with UbaidDev or present themselves as employees or legal agents authorized to bind UbaidDev contractually.

2. Lead Registration, Duplicate Prevention & Ownership

To claim protection on an opportunity, partners must register the lead via the partner workspace. The platform runs automated duplicate checks across domains, company keys, and emails. Once approved, the lead is protected for 90 days. Unapproved or duplicate submissions receive review status and do not guarantee attribution.

3. Commission Calculation & Verified Payouts

Commission is calculated exclusively on eligible collected revenue actually received and cleared by UbaidDev, net of applicable refunds, chargebacks, and processing taxes. Public illustrations are purely educational and non-binding.

4. Official Proposals, Pricing & Intellectual Property

Only UbaidDev prepares binding client proposals, final licensing terms, and technical scopes. Partners must never quote unapproved discounts or promise intellectual property assignments without prior written agreement.
